Unassembled Silicone-Free Non-calibrated
These Luer lock syringe packages offer silicone free dispensing. The stoppers are not lubricated, yet slide effortlessly inside the barrel. Each bag includes barrels, rubber stoppers, and plungers.

Analog Shot Meter
Jensen Global announces the latest addition to our line of dispensing equipment. The JGD300S is an economical dispenser that still gives the operator time control, to reproduce an amount of material. The timer ranges from 00.01 to approximately 30 seconds, with a vacuum pull back feature included. You can bypass the timer by dispensing in manual mode. The JGD300S has the same sleek, lightweight design as our digital JGD500S dispenser. This takes up very little workbench space without giving up any critical dispensing features.

Digital Shot Meter
Brand New from Jensen Global, this digital shot meter has 10 program memory storage, a timer range from 0.008 to 99.99 seconds. In manual INT mode, the timer counts up, giving you the ability to determine what time you require with your application. Also included is sequential dispensing; ie: whatever programs are stored, the sequential dispensing cycles through each program.

Foot Valve Dispenser
The JGD-FV25 is an economical pneumatic syringe dispenser. It has a built in regulator and gauge and can dispense using syringes varying in size from 3,5,10,30 and 50cc.

Finger Switch
Designed to be used in conjunction with any of Jensen Global's shot meter dispensing controllers. It can be attached to any size syringe or valve, as an alternative to the electronic foot pedal. The connection to the controller can be modified for use with several other controllers on the market.

Diaphragm Valve
The Diaphragm valve is designed to dispense low to medium viscosity materials and is excellent for cyanoacrylates, anaerobics, UV adhesives, and MEK. The valves stroke adjustment enables you to control the flow of material and its internal spring provides a clean shut off of material leaving no residue or dripping.

Spool Valve
The Spool valve is designed for high pressure applications and high viscosity materials up to 300,000cps. You can control the valve with the JGD500S for low to medium viscosity materials. For dispensing heavier materials use the JGD500S-DS which uses dual actuation to open and close the valve. Suggested materials are RTV's, silicones, greases, and solder masks.

Needle Valve
The Needle valve is excellent for a wide range of shot sizes and materials up to 100,000cps such as adhesives, epoxies, silicones, inks and lubricants. It can be operated with the JGD500S using the internal spring to close it for low to medium viscosity materials. For higher viscosity materials, the JGD500S-DS uses air to open and close the valve.

Spray Valve
The Spray valve is pneumatically actuated and use air pressure to dispense low to medium viscosity materials such as lubricants, solvents, inks, and conformal coatings. You can regulate the amount of material dispensed by fine tuning the stroke adjustment knob.

Pinch Wand
Manual dispensing wand with a flexible silicone pinch tube and is excellent for solder masks and other flowable materials which require 50 psi or less to dispense. The pinch tube is easily replaced, therefore making clean up easy and quick. The front of the wand has a luer lock female fitting, allowing use of any size dispensing needle. Length (6.73") Diameter (.63")

Vacuum Pick Up Wand
This advanced vacuum pick up wand has a built-in venturi right in the handle and connects directly to an air source or the JGD200SMT dispenser. It is whisper-quiet, comes with two different angled tips, three suction cups, and 6ft. of 5/32" tubing. Length (5.25" w/o needle) Diameter (.48")

Cyanoacrylate adhesive dispenser is designed to accept a 1 lb bottle (500 grams) of instant adhesives. There is no pouring needed (ie: you drop your 1 pound bottle of glue right into the dip-tube tank). Very little clean up is involved with this system and you do not smell the strong fumes of the glue as this is a contained system. The valve is designed to dispense thin, medium (and some flowable gel cyanoacrylates) with precise deposits of glue, with no dripping.
