The HAS-1256 is a fast setting hot melt for packaging operations. It exhibits bonds on a wide variety of board and paper stock. Created especially for new board content with high concentrations of recycled material. It has eccellent heat stability and low viscosity for good machining on all standard hot melt equipment. The HAS-1256 exhibits aggressive tack, which is important where short compression ssections are encountered.

The HAS-HM8538 is a unique pressure sensitive hot melt specifically formulates for bonding vinyl's polypropylene, and other cellulosic materials. It also has good adhesion to metal and other difficult surfaces. It has aggressive hat tack and remains pressure sensitive for a long period of time under normal temperature conditions. Sensitivity of the adhesive film is reduced when held at cold temperatures (55 F or below). Dust and moisture also reduce sensitivity.

1 Gallon Pail Unloader

Finally, an affordable compact Pail Unloader with many standard features not found or at considerable extra cost with other units. A brushless AC motor and gear pump with pressure regulation provide a reliable consistent dispense rate. A Static seal keeps all air out of the material without the need for expensive and labor intensive nitrogen systems used with PUR adhesives. Safety features abound as all moving parts are enclosed and are disabled when the unit’s door panels are opened. Simple intuitive controls, with visual diagnostics, make the operation safe and trouble-free. Air trapped in the pail is released via an automated purge valve keeping the operator away from dangerous material.
