A Variable speed AC brushless motor and gear pump with pressure regulation provides a consistent repeatable dispense rate. A Static seal keeps moisture and air out of the material without the need for expensive nitrogen systems and deflates for easy pail removal. Intuitive controls make the operation easy and safe. Trapped air is kept to a minimum and an automated purge valve keeps hands out of the pail.
