I have worked with Heigl Adhesives for many years regarding adhesive questions. This has been a great benefit to me for a number of reasons. There have been many times I’ve called them in a panic, not only with questions, but also in a panic for adhesives. They have brought materials to me at a moment’s notice- more than once. Because of that service, I have taken time to make sure that Heigl’s materials were added to prints. They have also shown me that they are more cost competitive than other suppliers. The buyers love to show cost savings to their managers. Engineers don’t mind changing prints if they can show a cost savings, and/or that the material is as good as or better than a competitor. It makes my job a lot easier to have a relationship with a company like Heigl Adhesives.
