A hand held, battery operated, LED light source.

The Electro-Lite ELC-300 is a technologically advanced optical sensing system that measures irradiance in the 300-400nm wavelength, while rejecting others that are not relevant to the process. The measurements obtained by the sensing system is converted to digital form and displayed in liquid crystal readout as UV output. Degradation of UV lamps, light guides, filters and reflectors can cause decreases in intensity and create curing problems. The ELC-300 UV Radiometer is designed to provide the operator with instant feedback as to the performance of the UV system. The ELC-300 will also allow the operator to download stored measurements to a PC for system validation.

The ELC-450 microprocessor-based light curing system is a major innovation in high intensity spot curing technology. Powerful and Reliable are the two words that describe the ELC-450. Perfect for cleanroom use, yet its rugged design allows it to be a perfect asset in the industrial environment. For increased application flexibility, light curable materials whose physical location dictates the use of a light wand delivery system, the ELC-450 will accept any of the Electro-Lite optional liquid light guides. The ELC-450 is the right choice for the precision delivery of UV light energy in a spot form. For Curing light curable inks, coatings, adhesives, epoxies, or potting compounds that require high power, the ELC-450 is the affordable choice that does not compromise on power and reliability.

A high energy solid state technologically advanced ultraviolet flood curing system delivering greater than 100mW/cm ©˜ of UV energy at a peak wavelength at 365nm. Employing a high-pressure custom designed 400 watt metal halide lamp, housed in a computer designed highly efficient reflector which assures uniform light distribution eliminating the danger of hot spots and shadowing. The modular design permits multiple light units to be positioned end to end for expanded area applications. Available in wavelengths of 290nm, 365nm, and 420nm visible wavelength.

A completely contained, operator safe, light exposure system, powered by four UVA - 365nm lamps for the photo activation of UVA light curable materials. For the photoactivation of VISIBLE/BLUE light curable materials, the system is made available with 450nm lamps. For applications requiring nondestructive fluorescent defect testing, NDT, the system is equipped with 365nm BLACK LIGHT lamps. The ELC-500 features a digital countdown programmable timer, power down mode, safety interrupt chamber switch, and an exposure completion audible signal. The system also features a clear rotating turntable and clear shelf enclosed in a highly reflective exposure chamber that maximizes completely full exposure. The ELC-500 delivers approximately 24-28mW/cm ©˜ @ 365nm.

Strobe-X High Intensity Flash Curing Chamber

In Electro-Lite’s tradition of innovative technology, the ELC-900 microprocessor-based UV/VISIBLE ultra-high intensity spot cure system offers an impressive list of automatic and ergonomic features, which meet a broad range of light curing assembly tasks. It is compact, portable, and delivers the most UV curing power you will find in any spot curing system in its price range.
The ELC-900 provides safe, filtered UV-A energy at a peak wavelength of 365nm. Employing a prefocused 100W short arc lamp with a stabilized power control through a solid state switching power supply. The system is equipped with a rotary electro-magnetic shutter, digital electronic timer, which is selectable in steps of .1 to 999.9 seconds as well as continuous. Front panel controls may also be used to vary the light output from 50% to 100% for more precise power density control. The system’s LCD, high contrast panel clearly displays lamp ignition, lamp ready, exposure time, lamp hours, and lamp replace.
The MP 5300 Series up of a complete range of UVcuring adhesives that are used in a diverse range of assembly applications. These applications include bonding, sealing, coating, tacking, potting, and encapsulating. They are used in a wide range of product assembly applications that include automotive, electronic, medical, industrial, etc. Engineers have found that the MP 5300 Series is an essential tool in improving overall product quality, lowering per unit cost, reducing processing time, and allows for innovative design solutions. The MP 5300 Series are single component, solvent free materials that cure in seconds when exposed to UV/visible light, and have been engineered to meet specific application requirements.
The MP 5400 Series offers a complete line of one and two part epoxies for structural bonding, potting, and encapsulating applications. These products offer engineers maximum design versatility by providing the following features and benefits:
ELC light curable materials represent a new dimension in light curing technology. The materials are solvent free, containing only reactive components. A highly cross-linked polymeric matrix results on curing without evaporation or the elimination of volatiles. All materials are 100% reactive systems. Electro-Lite adhesives and systems were developed to sharpen and maintain the end-user's competitive edge through cost effective parts processing. For designers and manufacturers seeking to automate their bonding, tacking, sealing, potting, coating, or encapsulating process, Electro-Lite is the light curing technology to turn to.
